Candace J. Templeton was born in Roane County, and is a 1994 graduate of Oakdale School. Candace has an Associates Degree from Roane State Community College (1996) and completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at South College in 2010. She completed her graduate studies at the University of South Alabama and received her Master of Science in Nursing in 2013. She achieved each of her diplomas with honors, and was Class President of her South College graduating class. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Candace is a member of the Roane County Chamber of Commerce and Roane County Anti-Drug Task Force. She is also a member of the Tennessee Nurse Practitioners Association, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Candace has worked as a nurse practitioner, in Roane County TN, since 2014 and has worked with Veteran Evaluation Services, conducting disability exams since 2021.
