Hormone Replacement
Hormone Replacement Therapy is used to address symptoms caused by hormonal imbalances caused by menopause, aging, or certain medical conditions. They will carefully tailor the treatment plan to meet the individual’s needs while monitoring for any potential side effects or risks.

Medicare Wellness Exams
Preventive health check-ups designed to help detect potential health issues early and promote overall well-being for Medicare beneficiaries. The exam includes reviewing medical history, performing screenings for conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes, and discussing preventive care options. Our practitioners will perform this exam in office and work closely with you to define and pursue your needed healthcare goals.
Urgent Sick Visits
Urgent visits for established patients are typically accommodated on the same day or as soon as possible, depending on the office’s schedule and availability. Our providers will assess the patient’s symptoms, conduct an examination, and may perform any necessary tests to diagnose the issue quickly. For common urgent concerns like infections, minor injuries, or sudden illnesses, our practitioners will provide treatment, prescribe medications, or offer recommendations for at-home care. If the condition requires more specialized care or follow-up, we will coordinate referrals or further care as needed.
DOT Physical Exams
A DOT physical exam is required for commercial drivers to ensure they are physically fit to operate large vehicles safely. The exam evaluates vision, hearing, blood pressure, cardiovascular health, and overall physical fitness to handle the demands of driving. Our skilled practitioners will perform this exam in office to make sure employees meet the national safety standard.

GeneSight Testing
GeneSight testing is a type of genetic test that analyzes how your genes affect your response to certain psychiatric medications. It is performed through a simple cheek swab or blood sample, which is then sent to a laboratory for analysis. The results of this test provide insight on which psychiatric medications are likely to be effective or may cause side effects for you, and help providers tailor treatment plans for mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. This test can be performed without establishing with us for primary care, and your results can be made available to your Psychiatric provider as needed.

Biometric Screenings
Biometric screenings are health assessments requested by some companies to evaluate employees' overall health and identify potential risks such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, or diabetes. The screening typically includes measurements of height, weight, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and sometimes blood glucose levels. Based on the results, our providers may offer guidance on lifestyle changes, recommend follow-up care, or refer you to specialized services to improve your health and prevent future medical issues.
Labs
Basic laboratory tests, such as complete blood count (CBC), comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP), lipid profile, and hemoglobin A1c, are essential tools for monitoring overall health and detecting potential medical issues early. These tests can identify conditions like anemia, diabetes, liver or kidney problems, and cholesterol abnormalities. We can perform these tests for uninsured patients via self-pay. The price is often minimal for self-paying patients, but the total expense is dependent on the labs you would like us to perform.

Weight Loss Assistance
Our providers will start by assessing your health conditions and creating a personalized weight loss plan that may include nutrition counseling, exercise recommendations, and referrals for behavioral therapy when necessary. Medications such as GLP-1s may be prescribed for those who need additional support in managing their weight. For patients with severe obesity, referral for bariatric surgery workup may be given to help achieve long-term weight loss goals and improve overall health.
Remote Patient Monitoring
Our providers will use state-of-the-art, FDA compliant digital monitoring devices to track your vitals, such as blood pressure, glucose levels, oxygenation, and weight. This service also allows for early detection of potential complications, and timely intervention to prevent emergencies. Our physicians will provide RPM care by reviewing data sent from your device, offering guidance on managing the condition, and adjusting treatments as necessary based on the readings. This approach helps improve patient outcomes, enhances convenience, and reduces the need for frequent in-person visits.
Sports Physicals
Our providers will ensure that you are physically fit and healthy enough to participate in sports activities, helping prevent injuries and identify any potential health concerns. We will check your medical history, perform a physical exam to assess strength, flexibility, and joint stability, and may check vital signs like blood pressure and heart rate. We will also screen for any pre-existing conditions or risks, such as asthma or heart issues, that could impact your performance or safety. Based on the findings, our providers may give clearance to participate, suggest necessary precautions, or recommend further evaluation or treatment.
Wound Care
Our Nurse Practitioners can treat chronic wounds in the clinic. They will start by first assessing the wound’s size, depth, and condition to determine the most appropriate treatment plan. If necessary, they may also clean and debride the wound, remove dead tissue, and/or apply specialized dressings to promote healing and prevent infection. Our Nurse Practitioners can also manage underlying conditions, such as diabetes or poor circulation, that may be hindering the healing process. Additionally, they will provide ongoing monitoring, adjust treatments as necessary, and educate you on proper wound care to promote optimal recovery.
