It is a MYTH that you need an expensive gym membership, or a large amount of time to begin exercising. Starting with just 15 minutes every day will lead to noticeable improvement in your overall physical and mental health!

Beginner Workout:
  1. 20 body weight squats.

  2. 10 push ups.

  3. 20 walking lunges.

  4. 10 dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug)

  5. 15 second plank.

  6. 30 Jumping Jacks.

There are apps for everything these days...

For weight loss, we suggest limiting yourself to 1500 total calories per day. Increase lean protein and green vegetables. Minimize carbs (breads, pastries, pastas, crackers, cookies), refined sugars, and ultra-processed food. Cooking all of your meals at home is generally healthier (and cheaper!) for you than eating at a restaurant or fast food places. 

We recommend the Mediterranean diet for general health and well-being!
